Flamethrower turrets do not 'spit out' the remaining oil left in them after deconstructing them, even if connected to a pipe network with sufficient volume.
Deconstructing a flamethrower turret with an X amount of oil in them while connected to a pipe network of the appropriate oil type will not add X amount of oil to the network, unlike assemblers or chemical plants.
The expected behavior would be: Upon deconstructing a flamethrower, it should 'return' the oil stored inside back to the pipes.
I have also observed flamethrower turrets using different methods of containing oil values. They utilize a 'bar', while other machines instead use conventional 'inventory slots' such as gun turrets or artillery.
This is persistent behavior, I am unsure if it is a deliberate design choice, but if so, its quite unreasonable.
[Attached video description]:
I have 847 units of crude oil inside the tank. I attach flamethrower turrets until no oil remains within the tank. Deconstructing the turrets in a manner that allows for fluids to be 'returned' to the network, there is no oil returned to the tank, as the tank still remains empty.
Thanks.

Re: [2.0.20] Flamethrower turrets do not return oil
The nature of this bug would relate to flame turrets having "twice" the oil they show. There's a fluidbox capacity, and the internal ammo capacity.
I have mods! I guess!
