Especially if you use the gloable signal system via the radar stations, you will quickly run out of signal layers.
That's why I thought about encryption and decryption

The binaryCode must be identical and can only use bit Values.

Sorry to nitpick, but you don't do encrypt and decrypt but instead you do encode and decode. Encoding is a means to shape a signal so it can be transferred through some limited channel and restored to the original signal on receiving, while encryption is a means to make it impossible for a 3rd party to retrieve the information from some signal/message and ensures only the rightful receiver is able to retrieve the original signal.

You also posted the 1st blueprint twice, your relay station blueprint is missing.

i have my first successes in encoding and decoding whole signal series over a single red line

Enclosed is the work in progress of my next generation planetary control system that will use the entire signal series.The signals are not yet transmitted via the radar. i am still in the test phase
