Things are getting really bad....
I like to work my bots hard and one might say i'm a bit ungrateful when its time for quality upgrade.
New level of pure bot abuse in Space Age
Re: New level of pure bot abuse in Space Age
Recycle those bots with some quality modules to get some nice upgraded parts
Re: New level of pure bot abuse in Space Age
Yes, that would be a more dignified ending for the poor little bots, but I already have about 163k legendary robot frames in storage waiting..
I do pity the bots on Navuis, though. I accidentally did not limit logistic robot insertion into the roboport, and now there are 68,524 bots waiting to go into the scrapper.

Now, as a "creation," this might be a bit more interesting, the build that made all those legendary robot frames. Or rather the engines, because I had a huge amount of legendary green circuits at the time, along with some steel, so after the engines, the rest of the intermediates are trivial.
It is really nothing special, not very optimal and does require a bit of manual restarting if the output chests get full.
It makes about 400 plates per second and upcycles those through gears.
The legendary engine assembler sits at 51k products finished, with 100% productivity for red engines and the frames. The frame assemblers are at 4x45k products finished, making 180k legendary frames, so I guess some extra engines sneaked in from somewhere else... my base is a mess.
But it is amazing what infinite resources, legendary prod modules, and "some" time can do. It also made 10-20k legendary gears, so it could have produced more engines, but recycling the holy cog is obviously sacrilegious, so that is not an option.
This thing made the legendary green circuits. It switches through uncommon up to epic blue circuits and recycles those until only legendary chips remain.
It doesent run very well any more, i havet had time to fix it. Now i have a bigger machine on Fulgora that upcycles blues

The amount of legendary circulets you can get on fulguro when scrapping is crazy.Toob84 wrote: ↑Wed Nov 20, 2024 11:10 am Now, as a "creation," this might be a bit more interesting, the build that made all those legendary robot frames. I have also disposed of my non-legendary robots on almost all planets
