[2.0.10] storage chests with a filter force built over other containers loses its filter

- place a storage chest
- set a filter
- place a normal/requester/buffer/etc chest nearby
- make a blueprint of the storage chest
- force build it over the nearby chest
- notice the storage chest has no filter
