[Lou][2.0.6]Force building a logistic chest that has request setup over an active provider chest doesn't copyTheSettings

On the left side feature the settings of the requester chest that are copied alongside the recyclers, the greenish part is what i tried to force build, when the blue chest is pasted on empty spot it works fine, but when it is pasted over the purple chest , the request and "trash requested" settings are not copy pasted, only the blue chest with no settings.

It is also the case that the setting aren't properly copied when it's pasted over yellow chest or a red chest, but not when pasted over inserter where it works fine.

Edit : I expect the settings to be copy pasted alongside the chest, because it doesn't work if only the chest is copied
