This setup can build almost anything as long as the base ressources are provided.
The way it works is that one constant combinator sets the end goal of the production. The assembly maschine than cycles through all recipies it needs (randomly but quickly). It checks if it has the ressources to assemble the recipe and if yes builds until it has a suffcient stock pile. If it can´t assemble a given recipie or already has enough constructed the maschine just switches over to the next recipie.
The maschine however is limited to one source of liquid. So for any endproduct which needs multiple liquids you need to route in the intermediary products from a different Everything Maschine.
I go through more details about the design in this video:

I have also added comments to every combinator to hopefully make it more understandable.
Here is the blueprint if you want to try it:

Here is a more spreadout version if you want look into how the combinators work:

Re: Everything Maschine
This can be applied not only to one machine, I’ll try to make a whole workshop (to increase production speed)
Re: Everything Maschine
I find the whole auto production approach very exciting. That will be the next big topic I'll be looking into as soon as I'm happy with my planet-wide control system.
Unfortunately, I'm still far too little into the subject to give any feedback.
