I've set up small mining posts in Fulgora that connect Miners -> Direct To Recyclers -> Direct to Wagon. The Recyclers are using Quality Modules, and are surrounded by beacons. When the beacons were using speed module 1, I was naturally getting a reasonable amount of higher quality items as expected.
When I upgraded the beacon to speed module 3, suddenly the recycles don't generate further quality items. It's not clear to me if somehow quality items are being overwritten due to the speed, as I'd assume folks would've noticed this before, or if the direct wagon insertion is somehow related to it.
In the attached save, the character is right next to a mining post currently using speed module 3 for the beacons. You will see no quality items are generated after some time. Changing it to speed module 1 beacons should result in fairly quick results.
Let me know if more information is needed

Re: [2.0.16] Recylers that recycle scrap stops outputting higher quality items when speed beacon bonus is too large
Welcome on forums.
Speed modules in their description say they have negative quality effect so by using more speed, the probability of rolling better quality is reduced until it drops to 0. Not a bug.

Completely missed that, my bad! On to completely rework my set-up lol. Thanks for the very quick turnaround!
