[2.0.7] No higher Quality items produced (speed modules in beacons) (MR)

After inserting a quality module into the machine and then receiving a boost from a speed module tower, the machine is unable to produce any items with quality. I'm not sure if this is a bug.

Speed modules reduce quality chance. "Haste makes waste." Not a bug.

The speed modules have a negative quality effect so they cancel out. You should be able to see it in the tooltips for the modules. It's an "interesting" balancing choice but was intentional.

As long as it's not a bug, that's fine. However, I hope I can have the option to decide whether the machine's quality is reduced, either through a mod or by having you provide an option for it.

It's a very simple modding task to remove the quality effect from speed modules. I thought someone had made it already but it's not posted yet.
