[2.0.15] Gleba - Harvester - dismishing blueprints

Hello
during the play i've realized that once you are trying to place BP on the same square that harvester is about to plant the tree, the BP disappears.
The same happens once you have destroyed building in range of harvester. Instead let drone rebuild things, havervester will plant the tree, usually blocking production chain.

Issue was spotted on planet Gleba
