[2.0.12] Space platforms sometimes drop items on incorrect planet

What did you do?

i have a platform with requests for 1000-infinite science on fulgora and 0-0 on nauvis. the conditions in the schedule are "All requests satisfied" and >700 ammo

i'm playing on a dedicated server

What happened?

sometimes the items will be dropped on fulgora as the ship starts flying to nauvis

the items get placed in the orbital drop slots immediately when the ship starts flying, i suspect there is a race condition where this can happen before the ability to drop items to the current planet is lost

the items would not be dropped until the space platform reaches nauvis
