Sadly I wasn't able to reproduce the issue when I loaded up the save again and did similar actions as before, so I can't tell if it's related to the roboport deconstruction at all.
What I did was:
I was in the remote view on Nauvis, driving my tank to an outpost of mine and started to deconstruct walls, turrets etc there. When I deconstructed one of the 2 roboports I noticed the inventory is full, so I switched one of the request sections off leading to various stuff being in the trash slots freeing up a bit of space.
Then I deconstructed the last remaining roboport and shortly after the bot started to migrate to the next closest network the game crashed.
Log & dump are attached. I have a save file ~8 minutes before it crashed, not sure if that would help much. Like I said, I couldn't reproduce it.
