[Genhis][2.0.15] Crash marking roboports for deconstruction

Hi Wube.

This is quite literally the first crash I have ever experienced on Factorio in 10 years or so, so congratulations!

I'm in the process of building a city block-like base, and in the process I've been deconstructing stuff to remodel and refactorize stuff.

At some point after using the deconstruction planner on the roboports along the south wall, the game crashed.

I'm adding the crash log in spoilers and the latest autosave before the crash. It seems the game couldn't finish saving, so I'm adding the one before that as well, which is autosave 3.

The robot which deconstructed the last roboport in a network wasn't updated properly when it transitioned to the new logistic network. It was an edge case we didn't think of when we refactored the code.
