What did you do?

1. Open the map
2. Click and start dragging the map
3. While holding the mouse button, press T
4. Release the mouse button

What happened?

The map follows the cursor behind the technology screen.

What did you expect to happen instead?

Any mouse interaction should only be with the technology screen, the map should not follow the cursor.

Does it happen always, once, or sometimes?

Always happens.
