[2.0.10] Quality Modules in electric furnace not stacking with beacons

I was trying to use quality modules in electric furnaces that are in range of beacons with speed modules, but I noticed that they never produce anything of higher quality and the tooltip that would show the expected quality chance is not present. If the electric furnances are not in range of a beacon, the tooltip shows and works as expected. I would have expected this to work as production modules do stack with beacons.

Not a bug. Speed modules tell you they have negative quality effect.
