[2.0.9] Railway ghost not showing up when building switches

Hey,

I'm currently experiencing an issue where it isn't possible to crossover between parallel rails in the ghost mode.

Expected behavior
The ghost shows up and it's possible to build a connection between the railways.

Actual behavior
The ghost isn't showing up in any direction while in ghost mode (in placement mode it shows up)

Steps to reproduce

1. Build three parallel railways, the upper two with trainstops.
2. Interconnect the upper two railways as shown.

3. Try to integrate a crossover from the bottom railway to the middle one.

Thanks for the report however this save file is modded and the issue seems to be caused by the Construction Planner mod which adds the approval marker which is an entity that collides with rails preventing them from being placed.
