Signals incorrectly attaching to rail junctions
When a signal is placed too close to a fork in the track, it does not connect properly and flashes (yellow signal in attachment). A green square appears when holding a signal, which makes one assume that a signal placed there would work as expected.

For rail signals causing rail blocks issues if possible please include a picture with how rails look like when `show-rail-segment-collision-boxes` debug option is turned on. (Debug settings can be found under F4).
