[2.0.7] Mod settings during game shows previous values

I noticed this when updating my mods to 2.0, if you change a mod setting during a game, and go back without fully exiting the menu, it shows the settings as they were before changing.

To reproduce:

1. Add a mod with mod settings (I tried it with Auto Manual Mode and Rotate vehicles)
2. Load or continue a game
3. Go to the (esc) menu, then Settings, and Mod settings
4. Change a setting (I changed a boolean Player setting)
5. Confirm
6. Go back to Mod settings (without closing the menu)
7. Setting now looks like it's back to its original value (I expect this to show the changed value, because I clicked Confirm)
8. Exit out of the menu completely, back to the game
9. Then go back to the Mod settings (step 3)
10. And now the setting shows the change from step 4

It looks like, what is shown in the mod settings doesn't update until after fully exiting the menu even though you clicked Confirm.
