Great work on the update! Looks like you guys keep moving in a positive direction towards .12!
Even if some of these issues are popping up it's only providing you a way to fix them before .12 and make that (hopefully) a great stable release!

Yes, fast inserters sometimes get stuck placing on the end of a belt. It's not something that always happens though, they just get stuck every now and then. Manually rebuilding them will 'unstick' them.
