[raiguard][1.1.80] Mod updates even though base version is incompatible

I know there's been various reports similar to this in the past, but there still seems to be a problem with it (or perhaps it is a recently added bug...)

I've had 2 people report that they managed to update Spidertron Patrols to an incompatible version through the ingame mod manager. v2.4.5 requires base >= 1.1.83, so it shouldn't be suggested to players on 1.1.80, and yet it was apparently listed in their update tab. I tell them to delete it and reinstall it ingame, and it correctly installs v2.4.4. Then they go to the updates tab and it correctly doesn't suggest updating to v2.4.5.

I'm afraid I don't have any logs, and I don't really know where to start trying to track this one down. My only idea is that maybe they were coming from v2.4.3, and that messes the game updater up somehow (it knows it needs to update, and finds a valid update, but then when it actually updates, it just goes for the latest). I haven't tested this though.

Yep, although in my case it seemingly occurs through the update tab, not through syncing.
