[1.1.1] new item notification issue (minor)

Notification for newly researched uranium processing looks like a bug while setting up an assembler. uranium processing is only viewable in crafting menu (and centrifuge, i guess).

While it's not a bug, it looks like one when setting up an assembler and notification for nothing shows up. Not sure what to do here..

Thanks for the report, it is actually a duplicate of this 91869 and fixed for the next release.
