[1.0.0] Secondary Electric Network Info showing Production bar incorrectly

Was messing about with emergency power then i noticed how it was displaying the power production graphically, inaccurately. After scrapping the first setup with 8 accumulators the problem was not evident. Thanks again Factorio team, you do great work

I was able to reproduce this behavior however it was tightly related to the issue reported in 85725 so the fix for the other topic will also fix this.
