[0.18.38] Desync out of knowwhere

So i left this server about an hour ago no problems till then. Trying to rejoin causes a de sync , we are on 0.18.38 . absolutely now sure whats happening
other people can join just fine . even those from the same LAN network . i cant join other servers either

Edit : After reinstalling factorio it works again ..

Thanks for the report. It is base game desync related to having shelf with blueprints that need extra migration due to the changed prototype type. Duplicate of 87303
