This is not a version specific issue, has been around since we have 4 quick bars and I am surprised no one has complained yet (at least I haven't found a complain)...
Console messages, if too long, become hidden behind the quick bars if we have 4 active quick bars.
Just pushing the start of the console/chat messages a little up would be awesome!
