Size 4 Quickbar blocks long chat messages

Long chat messages in multiplayer are cut off, when the quickbar is set to size 4.

Screen resolution is 1920 x 1080.

Possible solution: start text chat a little further up, so that it won't be hidden.

For now this is a minor issue that should be resolved later when we change the look of the main interface.

This is still an issue in [0.18.19] for me at 150% @ 2560x1600.

Amazingly it's still an issue with stable RELEASE [1.0.0] with 100% GUI @ 1920x1080 and 4 Quickbar lines.

It would be really great to be able to move chat a higher.
