Thanks for the report. This is a known issue that will be addressed with additional GUI reworking in the future. For now, you just have to deal with it if using > 2 quickbars.

Not sure if you wil see the push, but it's still a super annoying problem. Maybe quickfix it by putting chat 50px higher on 1920x1080? I doubt people would miss the one line missing on top, but the current situation is annoying in everyday play
