Lightmap at day / Explosion Light fading

I think it would add a lot of visual fidelity if lights had some effect at daytime.
Also i think lights from explosions should fade out instead of cutting out half a second after the explosion has disappeared... once you noticed it, it really starts bothering you. (sorry for pointing out this issue^^)

or maybe a max_brightness setting for LuaSurface?

(please don't forget to add light fading for explosions, fires, ..?)
