Latest experimental version (tanker car size had been reduced just in case I got version number wrong)

Setup:
-Tell construction bots to tear down iron smelting area.
-Notice I grabbed a nearby roboport with deconstruction planner
-Notice robots are still using marked roboport to recharge themselves despite items being marked for deconstruction normally shutting down.
-Attempt to remove roboport by hand to replace it and avoid future problems.
Result:
-Game instantly freezes and crashes hard. A few seconds later the entire computer locks up until I cycle the power.

Tested on 16.11:
Manual removal of roboport: no error.
Removal via deconstruction planner: no error
Manual removal of marked roboport: no error
Seems this bug was a one-off or it's been fixed.
