Windows 7. 64 bit
Just upgraded to 0.15.0
Program crashes on startup with the following message.

Value must be a dictionary in property tree at ROOT.other

I have the same issue.
Please help.
I used the Steam-Version and i have Win10 x64.

System - Ubuntu 16.04 64-bit
No mods
No saves
Steam version of game

Behavior - game loades all thinks (crops bitmaps etc), after 100% freezes for second and then crashes without any error msg.

Update to my bug report.

After unchecking the steam cloud synchnozization checkbox in steam-game settings (second tab, section Steam Cloud) game works (starts).
