Suggestion - Trains transporting liquids

In late game, is very annoying to rebuild all your infrastucture when your oil "mine" is over. You should add a mecanism to transfer liquids in a pipe to a tank that will be linked to a train.

Tank wagons are announced in v0.14 so we have to wait around a year until we get it.
For now we have mods.

Back in 0.10, rail tankers were on the drawing board for the currently in development 0.13.

Unfortunately, a recent FFF stated that it is being pushed back to 0.14...

So... until then, use the mod. It's been linked already.
