[0.8.0] Random chunk generation
I opened old save (0.7.5) and it took some time to open. First I though there was some migration going on, but after I noticed this.

I noticed it even in newly started campaign missions, so it is not due to transition.

I have seen similar thing when playing scenarios but I thought that was how it was supose to be in certain scenarios.

Thanks for the report.
This was caused by an error in tile migration (re-charting chunks that had some tiles changed). Additionaly in 0.8.0 some of the scenarios were not migrated in the distirbution, so the bug appeared even with them.
It will be fixed in 0.8.1.
