[0.12.19] Research rounding issue - minor

I just started up a new game to kill some time. Then this happened.

Started researching the starting techs. Created 10 red science packs. 1st tech = Military 1 researched fine. Created another 10 red science packs. 2nd tech = Turrets. Researched but did not complete. When I added some more science packs it completed fine. Did a check with a 3rd technology = automation 1. Same thing happened. Got screen grabs showing the issue as it happened with the 3rd tech.

It feels like a trifling little thing, hardly worth mentioning, but well a bug is a bug is a bug.

This is a known bug since the introduction of lossless research in 0.12.0:

Thanks for the update Daniel. I figured it was probably a rounding issue due with the new method of doing science. :-)
