[0.12.4] Crash to desktop from sound system

I have run into this crash a few times and it is accompanied by repeated high pitch sounds. Happens at random intervals, only while playing.

A basic reading of the log file seems to imply a crash from the sound system of the game?

I don't think the log file actually gets written completely after a crash though.
