Кое-что они не добавили в локализацию, к 1.0 доделают.
По поводу гитхаба, думаю достаточно в этой теме обновить файл с переводом.
Если ты не против, как автор топика, выложи пожалуйста сам версию перевода,
с моими корректировками если сочтешь их уместными.
Они сами возьмут его, и сунут в ...

В приложении коррекция перевода.
Исправил пару твоих и кучу своих, старых косяков
Оставил только те файлы которые, по моему мнению нужно скорректировать.
Все лишние строки удалил, но структуру файлов оставил.

Dear devs,
With upcoming 0.3.0 can we, translators, have any picture of what to be translated in this new version.
As for me I would be happy to somehow have a chance to make translations before actual release day,
i think other guys in here share same filling, we do like to translate stuff ...

Adding wood instead of coal is NOT considered as "fuel adding". Script stopped, untill coal is added in to inserter.
