This situation is really a problem.
In the original game, I was able to make a simple ore loading balancer, calculating the "arithmetic mean" between all chests.

Not at all. Construction bots don't need you standing next to the ghost. They are still very much useful.

So this is exactly what I wrote about in the paragraph about addons - this is absolutely cheating and not interesting mechanics, which:
1) Completely replaces robots, which breaks the mechanics of the game
2) An absolute cheat that makes the game uninteresting. The game seems to play for me.
