[0.16.38] Crash in main-menu after start (Win10 x64, Steam)

What did you do?
Started the game via Steam in Window-Mode, factorio was in background while loading.

What happened?
Shortly after loading finished in background factorio showed a message that it had crashed.

What did you expect to happen instead? It might be obvious to you, but do it anyway!

[Dominik] [0.15.32] Can't build ghost over destructed splitter

Couldn't find a related issue, so here we go:

What did you do?
- Destruct splitter with destruction planer.

- Ghost build two underground belts over for destruction marked splitter.

- Only one ghost can be placed.

[Dominik] [0.15.32] Desync - electric subnetworks

Playing on dedicated headless Linux server with 3 connected players when desync happend.
All players had desync (see desync logs).

Nothing special was done when desync happend.

Things to mention:
- Players had some FPS drops, so we set game speed to 90%.

[Rseding91] [0.15.32] Desync (Possibly related to blueprints)

Playing on dedicated headless Linux server with 3 connected players when desync happend.

Desync happend during extension of productivity modules production. Possibly related to blueprints.
Only two players had desync (see desync logs), both were in vicinity of ongoing extension.
