Please download procdump.zip , unzip it, run dump_on_exception.bat, confirm Microsoft's EULA and then launch Factorio through Steam Library. It should create Factorio.exe_######_######.dmp. If it doesn't, try to run dump_on_terminate.bat instead. Zip the dmp file and upload it here, please.
