[Rseding91] [0.16.16 steam] Two achievement boxes show up
When unlocking an achievement in the steam version of 0.16.16, i get two boxes with the achievement icon and description popping up at the bottom of the screen at the same time (that's not including the steam overlay).
I'm too lazy to give you a screenshot :-)

Re: [0.15.1]Mesure units resize GUI in russian translation
Thanks for reporting this. I don't know if it is or is not a good idea, because I don't speak russian :). Anyway I've changed the translations of the SI prefixes to the short ones (based on a wikipedia page and another bug report), so in the next release it should at least not overflow. The best pla...

You're right :). In 0.15 you won't be able to click the button before the server address is downloaded. Thanks for the report.

Re: [0.14.21] Sendto failed Requested address not valid
Can you please try enabling verbose logging ("Options" / "Other" / "Verbose logging"), try again and post the log file? Thanks.
Also, in the log you posted -- were you connecting to the same server both times? Have you tried with different servers?

Re: [0.14.21] Crash 10 seconds after load MacOS no mods
Hi, thanks for the report. This is caused by not ignoring an error code that should be ignored, and will be fixed in 0.15.0.

Re: [0.14.17 - Server] Ungraceful crash on network disconnect
Correction -- the newer curl version was added to Factorio before this report, so it didn't fix anything. Turns out the workaround in newer curl has to be enabled explicitly, which we will do in 0.15

Re: [0.14.1] [cube] Crash on console commands
This crash was caused by an overly careful sanity check in the map generator logic that crashed the game when regenerating an entity on a surface where it is disabled by map generator settings.
Sorry the fix took so long :-)

This looks like it's caused by a bug in old cURL version, and we've updated it in 0.14.21. Open a new report if you still have problems.

Re: [0.14.15] Unable to connect to / open Server
Hi, this is fixed for 0.14.16.
The address 0.0.0.0:34197 is actually correct, it means that Factorio is listening on all network interfaces on port 34197. The problem was caused by a small change in packet format that prevented determining the external IP address.

Re: [0.14] [cube] Can't Host Public Server
So I'll try to add these options in 0.15. In the meantime you can try fiddling with your router settings so that packets from your_computer:34198 exit the router at public_ip:34198 (and there is a corresponding forward from public_ip:34198 to your_computer:34198).

Re: [0.14] [cube] Can't Host Public Server
So I've read the other topic, and it really looks like problems with cone NAT like impetus maximus said. Problem is, that Factorio doesn't know you have forwarded the port and tries to go through the NAT on its own, which fails for this type. A workaround would be to make an option "my external...

Re: [0.14] [cube] Can't Host Public Server
I have requested assistance in the technical help forum but as far as I can tell, it's an issue outside of my network. I can host a hidden server perfectly . I provide the IP to someone and they can join. I can host a public server but with faults . The server will show in the public matchmaking li...

Re: [0.14.x] [cube] Command-line options for IP and port bindings
So I've made a simple version of this -- when hosting a dedicated server you can use the option --bind to bind to the address. If this option is not given, then 0.0.0.0 and ::0 are used both. Also I've limited the scope of other sockets used in game.
