Easier said than done... My friend and I played for 9 hours today (with multiple reconnects in between), and now nothing we try works. It's due to some factor that we haven't been able to determine.

Things that might be worth a try:
forwarding UDP Port 34197
Reinstall
Turn off firewall
Restart ...

Hi, sorry if not a bug:

When items are being carried along a belt (not stopped) and a burner inserter tries to grab from a corner, it is too slow and refuses to grab anything (from either side of the belt).
