I would like a type of combinator that can interact with the energy system so I can make a fully independent Backup Power system. (Please tell me if there is a mod already if there is one )

I have a very busy factory and there are a few long inserters, but they aren't fast enough so if anybody knows a link or if anybody could write a mod like that it would be really nice!
