Game Save Sync Speed Increase?

For some reason over the weekend the amount of time it takes for steam to sync after exiting the game to upload the saved game has decreased dramatically, from 25 minutes to about 5.

Has anyone else noticed this? Does anyone know why?

Cliffs area nice idea, and they are very well implemented - however. I have only just encountered them on my pre cliffs map as it has expanded, and I just find them annoying. I have set up a factory to make cliff explosives to destroy them, and they don't stack very well. I can see how they may help...

Artillery is OP with range research, even though I love it! Ergo radar is now UP, I have researched 4 artillery range, the next one will take it beyond my radar range. It will really mess up my map!! ;-)
