Instead of how much? Was it 100% before or did the turn rate get no bonus or so?

Thanks! I had this issue as well but didn't know how to reproduce exactly. Happy to see this being improved, it felt a bit unpolished although if it doesn't even matter for gameplay :)

But if the drones are fast enough ... faster than 6 tiles per 20 ticks, the issue will appear again.

I don't know if you did that already (we don't log these settings), but disabling "Show space dust" and possibly "Show fog" could boost your FPS of space platform scenes.

Oh, thanks for making me double check that! I thought I had already set all the graphics options to be quite minimal but ...

I've been working on a simple webpage for people to find their star in the galaxy . It's not quite perfect yet but if someone wants to try it out and point out any unclear wording to me (or bugs! I tried a number of coordinates but probably there are still problems ...

Right, thanks but I'm well aware that the computer isn't fast, hence me comparing it to the normal views that are all 60 fps unless there's a lot going on and the space view that always runs slow...

But if it's expected that space view is slower then all is good :thumbs_up:

I don't understand what you mean. What's "slow" about it? Is it lagging the game?

Space platforms in general are slow for me. Game runs solid 60fps on any surface I think (we expanded to every planet now short of outer solar system edge, so it's not a small factory anymore either) but as soon as ...

So what I understand is that it's basically an internal debugging symbol that you shouldn't see for more than a tick or so (unless the game is very busy doing other stuff perhaps), and that on ghosts it shouldn't show up at all.

What does a green connection icon mean on a space platform ghost?

It is animated as 3 frames, the screenshot is from its outward-most state (the "wave" being the furthest away from the origin). What does it mean? Another ghosted asteroid collector on the same platform doesn't have it and neither is missing space platform foundation ...

The mining drill has an internal buffer that is separate from the segment. The segment is disabled, but the mining drill's buffer is not. Hmm so the mining drill works as a pump, moving it between the two segments through its internal buffer?
