Is there a possible way to remove the needs of live support such as food, water and oxygen?

will the cyborgs from Profit from War will be useable in future versions??

Logistic and Construction robots delving into subsurface and going back into surface would be nice.. but it would be a pain to code that i think.. Just a suggestion
