Steps:
* Place some ghost space platform tiles.
* Place a ghost object on them
* Run a belt (ghosts) over that object

Expected: Underground belts get placed where needed
Actual: No underground belts are placed

* alt+click on the recipe name (as shown below)

I've seen this happen when not using filters and no wire connections at all, the collector was not full. Unfortunately I don't have a repo / screen shot to back it up.

Steps: drag belt over multiple horizontal belts with one tile gap between them. For example in the below image, drag a red belt from the top belt to the bottom belt

It's definitely copying the tiles. If you copy a building but don't catch the full building in the copy rectangle then it goes red when you try to paste it in space, with the error that you can't build in empty space.

Steps: Build something on a space tile, say some underground pipes. Copy them.
Expected: Tiles don't get copied (same as when copying on land), or tiles get listed in the item counts.
Actual: Tiles get copied.

Potentially not a bug, but I think it's worth reporting.

Previously in 2.0.17 and earlier (maybe 2.0.18 too) you could use the destruction planner to destruct the "native" lightning attractors. This was a bit annoying when you were suddenly "unprotected", but fine. You could set up a deconstruction ...

Speed modules decrease quality percentage. Why this only occurs in tier 3 and not tier 2s is maybe interesting but I think you'll find that is your problem. Disable your beacons and see if anything changes.

Pretty minimal issue but a bit confusing.

Steps:

place a yellow underground belt
pick up a red underground belt and hover over the exit

Expected:
Belt should be shown coming out of the underground and arrows on the "hood" should point outwards.

Actual:
Belt is shown entering and the arrows ...
