Steps: drag belt over multiple horizontal belts with one tile gap between them. For example in the below image, drag a red belt from the top belt to the bottom belt
expected: underground belt goes under all 3 horizontal belts.
actual: The entrance underground belt is placed but the exit is not.
Same occurs when using yellow or blue belts too.
The issue doesn't occur without the one empty tile in the middle
This works fine when dragging over items that aren't belts.
Additionally: when dragging over a region with a one tile gap where the span is too large to insert the undergrounds of that colour the underground gets placed in the gap.
Not sure if this is a bug, or even new behaviour, but I don't remember it happening before.
