Configure rocket silos to allow inserting rocket components into a rocket inventory
Right now the _only_ way to automatically put blue circuits in a rocket's storage is with logi-bots when a request is received from an orbiting space platform which means it's impossible to have the rocket standing by with the circuits already in it ready to launch as soon as my platform arrives. It...

Why do I have to select which planet to drop to?
This seems really weird. I'm in orbit above a planet, and I want to drop to that planet. What does it even mean to drop to a different planet? It doesn't seem to do anything.

Recycling nutrients into 2.5 spoilage feels OP
As was pointed out in this reddit post, this makes it possible to make a single shipment from Gleba last ridiculously long: https://www.reddit.com/r/factorio/comments/1gvrpnj/psa_you_can_store_huge_amounts_of_nutrients_on/ And it doesn't seem correct. I thought the idea was that spoilage can give yo...

Random space platform template sections stick around
I created and then deleted some space platforms but when I zoom out I still see them and there seems to be no way to get rid of them (the random gray dashes on the left and right) Screenshot from 2024-11-25 12-49-22.png (Attached game save file. See the "aqui" ship). --- ETA: I thought I a...

Heating mechanics in the wrong place
The "Heating mechanics" section of Tips and tricks shows an image of aquilo and says "Every entity needs to be touching a heat source in order to not freeze", but it shows up in the section under "Vulcanus briefing" so I didn't notice it. There should be a separate &quo...

Treat space platform hub like a normal chest?
There's a fun little dance that happens every time I try to grab my stuff from the hub without ditching all my bullets that's gotten tiring now (see attached video). I'd really like things to just stay in one place

Request items from a particular space platform to planet
I built a whole bunch of space platform foundation on Fulgora, thinking I could just build a new ship in orbit there. When I discovered how difficult it was to deal with the asteroids and also how much stuff I would need, I gave up and decided to ship all the foundation I'd built to Nauvis to build ...

Re: Deconstructing "straight rail"s deconstructs all rails
Not a bug. This list would be a lot noisier so we have deconstruction alternatives set. Same with all the rocks (which means coal rocks are not selectable alone now) Perhaps it should just say "rail" instead of "straight rail"? Yes exactly In 1.1, there were separate options for...

Deconstructing "straight rail"s deconstructs all rails
The deconstruction planner filter menu only has a single rail option labelled "straight rail" and it seems to deconstruct curved rails too

Holmium solution seems to be created out of nowhere
I've attached a video and game save file. My electrolyte plant is continually receiving holmium solution even though nothing is feeding it (I had a chemical plant at one point and then deconstructed it)

Super force building a belt across another belt incorrectly shows it curving
ctrl+shift+click to super-force-build a belt orthogonal to another belt makes it look like it's curving off, even though it isn't when it's actually built.

Items on space platform belts are lost when the belt is mined
If I don't want to lose resources, I find myself carefully rotating and clearing out the belts before mining them. The same goes for items in assembers when the assembler is mined _or_ the recipe is changed

Space Platform Iron Plate Upper Bound Not Respected
As title; when I set a space platform request for iron plates of eg. 0-500, even if I have 1000 plates in the hub, it doesn't send the excess back to the planet (nor if I insert more plates with an inserter). I haven't seen this issue with iron ore or anything else, only iron plates. ETA: I've attac...
