Holmium solution seems to be created out of nowhere

I've attached a video and game save file. My electrolyte plant is continually receiving holmium solution even though nothing is feeding it (I had a chemical plant at one point and then deconstructed it)

I suggest you try to let it run like 5 more minutes and you'll see the holmium starting to disappear, the EM plant is just full of it, and there's a little extra in a buffer due to the thing you removed previously. That's my guess. The recipe doesn't consume a lot, so it can take a little while before it's visible that it gets consumed. But bad news , no free holmium for you i'm afraid, or good news no bug ?
