Thanks for the update Daniel. I figured it was probably a rounding issue due with the new method of doing science.

I just started up a new game to kill some time. Then this happened.

Started researching the starting techs. Created 10 red science packs. 1st tech = Military 1 researched fine. Created another 10 red science packs. 2nd tech = Turrets. Researched but did not complete. When I added some more science ...
