[1.1.36] Train tracks not drawing corectly in power pole range

Some tracks draws corectly and some not dependant on track orientation when holding power pole in that power pole range. Tested with all 4 power poles, tested on 3 maps, results are the same. problem seems to be caused by incorect layer draw order. Some of train tracks layers draws on top of power pole coverage. Added a screenshot.
