[Latest Version] Game crashes on the start (on 3% loading)

Game starts crashing unexpect. Yesterday I was playing normally, and now game wont launch. I removed all mods, (and even saves), try to verify files via Steam (shows "all correct") even reinstal, and game still crashes and wont launch.

Ok, solved. Please, close topic.

I needed to reinstal manually, with instalator from Game Side, probably SteamCloud have some bugged file.

I think what they meant was they installed the stand-alone version of the game from the web site.
Also try uninstalling and reinstalling Steam itself. Been noticing more issues of late than normal where that's a fix.

Also logs could help, always provide logs.
