[1.1.27] Corrupt Map Unknown Tile 238

It seems like this problem happens every once in a while and it's finally struck me. One of my maps has encountered this problem, which is unfortunate given the amount of time I've put into it. When I try to load this map, I get the following message output:

Corrupt Map Unknown Tile 238

This seemed to occur sometime in the upgrade from 1.1.21 and 1.1.26, although I suspect this is a mod-related issue, as I actually delayed upgrading my only mod until 1.1.21. The only mod I run with is "Spidertron - huge grid (24x22)", which I suspect is the source of the issue, but I can't be sure. Is there some way to recover this map?
